Fat loose

i just want to know i have been doing gym from the last 8 mnth s but not geeting good results how should i losse my tyres and build muscles

Going Gym dosent reduce your tyres

You have focus on a Proper exrcise which you need to do.

and avoid more focusing on building muscle, you have to focus more on Cardio. and then some Compound exercise.

Do the 30-45 minutes Cardio before Any Exercise.

and Gym is Just 50% and rest 50% percent is what you eat troughout a day.
