Fat loss without loosing muscle

Age 19 Male Wt 90 Hight 5.8 I just want to loose my fat so that muscle and cuts can be visible

Firstly you need to drop your carbs but keep your protein high. Secondly to not lose muscle means cutting very slowly. At least 0.5kg per week weight loss.
