Fat loss

I want to get rid of belly fat.....plz help

Just go to 30 to 45 minutes excersise early in the morning or any type of yoga session daily and eat balance diet. Drink lots of water at least 4 to 5 liter fluid in a day.

In diet just add complex carbohydrat and good protein but restict fat up to only 20gm in a day. Eat in small and frequent amount.

Hi  Abdominal fat is basically transfat its takes time, so you have take diet acordingly hight protein high fiber diet, no carbohydrates after 4pm.

Take isolate protein, CLA, Apple Cider Vinegar,Multivitamin, Green tea  in supplement.

Do cardio exercise on veru alternate basis.
