1. What is the best way to lose lower belly fat? 2. Is our daily portein requirment based on 1.5x times the body weight in pounds? If yes, the daily requirement for protien for a 133 pounds (60 kg) person comes to approx 200 gms. How to manage such a great number each day without gaining fat at the same time? 3.
