Feel pain while bench press and front raise in upper left back

While doing bench press and front raise i feel pain at a point in my upper left back portion which hamper me to do more and heavy sets, i feel quite relaxed after stretching that part by hanging with body weight.how can i prevent or any way out. TIA.

Do warmup proper before workouts, because streching or blood flow is nessery otherwise that's the main reason behind this and it happen. When I was start it happen to me ,lack of educat or experience..

I had a similar problem which led to injury in the long term. Please get yourself checked by a physiotherapist as soon as possible.

hi neeraj,

i think u gotta prob in rotator cuff, consult a physical therapist n do strengthening n come back stronger.
