Feels extremely dead tired after workout

when I workout for thirty minutes which is minimum for me after that I feel extremely tired and whole of my day is ruined i cant do anything positively and energitically I am taking whey protein after workout weight gainer for bulking up fresh fruits eggs. kindly help as I am still deadtired is there anything wrong with me

Hi

Pls, consume any pre-workout meal 45 min before the workout that will provide you energy during your workout, also you can consume any electrolyte drink in between your workout. Also, check out your calorie intake, there are chances that you might be consuming very fewer calories than required. 

Do not consume any kind of junk food, include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Pls specify your goal, consume supplements as per your goal.
