Finding difficulty in developing back & upper pecks ?

My back is not developing in proposion to other body part. Also my chest is not giving that aesthetics square chest look, they are round from lower side.

And also,

You should take 6 rich protein diet in a whole day beacuse you need somewhere around 15 grm per kg of body weight of protein for best results.you should cut down you simple carbs, simple sugar, saturated fat from your diet and take Whey Isolate and BCAA as your supplement stack, it will be really beneficial for your muscle growth.
