Fit body

i am join gym one months ago to build some muscles and make my tummy flat but when i take Less food then i looking too thin and when i take large amounts of food my tummy comes out and look too ugly please suggest me any suppliment which is cheap in price but useful in building muscels not fat.

Don't eat too much at once.Instead of eating 3 times a day..eat small meals5-6 times a day.It ll improve your metabolism and prevent bloating.
