Food for weight gain??

Hlo sir I m 19 yrs old and i m very slim i m only 52 kg So sir i went to know the full diet for massive weight gain And sir mujhe ye puchna tha ki jo exercises h vo weight gain krne ke baad kru ya abhi se shuru krdu like bisecps and chest exercises

Hello abhishek

Follow this diet plan:

9 am- heavy breakfast

11 am- mass gainer shake

2 pm - lunch

5 pm- boiled chicken

post workout- protein shake

10 pm- dinner

12 am- mass gainer shake

U should do ur exercises along with ur diet, then only u will gain muscle mass otherwise it will turn into fat.

Hi Abhishek,

Start with a full body workout. That will help you gain maximum size. Do it with the afrorementioned diet plan and you will see results. Keep the excercises to 5 sets x 5 reps. Don't forget to do squats, bench press, deadlift and overhead press
