For beginners which types of protein needed for muscle building

I am a beginner my weight is 55kg. My figure is slim.My daily workout timing is 1 hour then how i growth my body and what types of supplement is needed for my health....

You didn't mentioned your height.You can use whey protein for the muscle recovery.Use 1 scoop early in the morning with water 1 scoop post workout with water. Have meal 3 hourly.
