Pls. Guide me for Better and Fast Recovery Product and also high Protein Supplementary. Thanks...

On a general note, for recovery of muscles consume BCAA as an intra workout, whey protein or whey isolate post workout as per your requirement and glutamine during bedtime. Also, along with these, you can consume fish oil and multivitamin.

Supplements dose depends upon the requirement and intensity of workout you are doing.

Along with these consume high protein diet like egg white, lean chicken, and fish.
