For fat guys, is it important to first decrease body fat and then build muscle or doing both at the same time?

Hi,I'm saroj,19 years, 5ft 9inc and weigh 93kg.Is it first important to decrease bodyweight and fat before doing weight training to pack some muscle ?If so, what would be the best cardio and workout combination to accomplish lean body?

Depends on your bodyfat. If you're 15% or above, cut first. If you're below 15% then gain muscle. A goodworkout program would be 5x5 full body with 2-3 days of cardio.
