If you have high uric acid, then you need to consume low purine food. Reduce intake of certain food like Red meat, organ meat like brain, liver, seafood, and fish, mushroom, spinach, asparagus, legumes and beans, kidney bean and cauliflower. Also, reduce fat and sugar consumption as excessive sugar raises uric acid in the body.

Consume citrus fruits, banana, apple, cherries and cherry juice are considered beneficial. Choose complex carbs in cereal.

Drink plenty of water in a day.
