Pls specify your credentials and your workout routine.

On a general note, you can consume mass gainer post workout 1scoop along with water, this will provide you extra calories which you are not able to consume from the normal diet in case if you don't gym then you can consume weight gainer.

Follow a calorie dense diet like banana shake, figs, dates, peanut butter, sweet potato. Eat good fats like nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts, flaxseed and sunflower seeds.
