Gain in belly fat after using whey protein

Hai, I'm Pawan. I has been working out from last 2.5 weeks (12days) and using Muscle Blaze Whey Protein ever since. My work out time - 5-6 PM (5days a week) Supplement time - 15-20 mins Post workout Weight: 67kg Height: 5'8" Age: 26 years. Ever since im using supplement, i can see considerable increase in belly fat. I'm working out to have an athlete phisique. Gaining belly fat is the last thing i wish for. Kindly help on how to reduce belly fat while using protein. Should ther be any change in timing, please suggest.   Regards

Whey protein is for muscle gaining and it does not lead to increase belly fat. There must be lack of something which leads to increased belly fat. May be you need to modify your diet and make sure you need to avoid all the saturate fat like desi ghee, margarines etc.You can consume L-carnitine along with the whey protein as whey protein gives you lean and toned look. You also need to increase the functional workout for the abdomen region and combine the cardio execise with the weight training.

Whey protein will not bloat you unless it has creatine. Also your ab muscles are developing so you will look bigger. To lose fat simply do cardio and be in a calorie deficit.

So you take casien protein before bed at night. And do 30 min cardio after workout.
