Gain weight

I am skinny and my weight is 74kg and height is 6'3ft. I want to know how can i gain weight and what diet plan i should follow. Moreover, what should me my workout schedule. my schedule is : mon - lads tues- shoulder wed - biceps n triceps thrus- rest fri- chest sat- legs
