Gain weight

hi iam 28yr male and my weight is 48 and now i want to increase my weight and gain muscle so which supplementary is good for me to increase weight.

 Please mention your height as well.

On a general note, to gain weight, the mass gainer is a good option probably you are doing workout and going to the gym. You can consume mass gainer post workout and between the meals.

Also, opt for calorie dense meal like high calorie shakes like banana, figs, and date shakes. Consume nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds etc. Include peanut butter as well in your meals.
