sir i just want to know the correct excercise and mainly diet routine plan for getting the bulky body and heavy mass

For weightlifting and increasing strength, make sure all your workouts are in the rep range of 1-5. Focus on basic compound movements like the squat, bench and deadlift along with the overhead press. Keep lifting hard and eat in a caloric surplus and be patient!
