Gaining weight besides having control over diet and daily exercise

I m taking bcca as pre workout. And glutamine protien as post wrkout. My weight is 70 kg. I hv a heavy body structure. I avoid fast food, sugar ,oil. But still not able to remove belly fat. Help me to get rid out of this. I feel demotivated due to extra fat.

Weight loss depends on various factors, if you have an endomorphic body, then you need to raise your BMR through circuit training. Please consume BCAA  as an intra workout, consume whey isolate post workout. Glutamine is best to consume at bed time. Along with that follow a calorie deficit diet, consume small meals 5-6 times a day.
