Gane lean muscle mass without much fat

Hay sir I m naveen 35 year and i am 100pesent vegetariani cant even take eggs please send me vegetarian dite chart4 lean muscle mass my hight 5.8 inc wate 70kg gyming all most from last 5 years taking 5 to 6 meals taking proteins supplyments to fullfil my protein requirements but I cant get results so please help me

Hi Naveen,

You are doing preety well, continue 5-6 meals in a day but make sure should be healthy. Do compound movement exercises. Consume Whey protein post workout with water and Blend protein before bed with milk/water.
