Good cut down diet for competition

Hi

If you are planning for competion, then choose high protein in your diet. Try to cover the ratio of 50-55% of protein, 30-35% of carbs and 15-20% good fats.

Include lean chicken, fish, egg whites, complex carbs and nuts and seed for omega 3 fatty acid.
