Good muscle buildings foods

Since I'm a ph.D student, it is difficult to prepare food. so if you have any suggestions on that plz give me. How frequently I've to eat to avoid catabolism and what are the main foods that I can prepare easily?

Hi,

you have to take 3 hourly diet to avoid catabolism. 

Diet you can carry/prepare  

Brown Bread slice with peannut butter, Fruit chaat, Spouts etc              Carry your diet with you or you can have meal replacement.
