Guruji actually mjhe size gain krna he or 2 month se size gain nahi ho raha he kuch exercise ya supplement ya steroid bta do

Hi Rajiv

If you want increase weight and  muscle size so eat every 2 or 3 hrs. Eat six small  meals and use supplements according to your body requirement....Like Whey or mass gainer, Bcaa,creatine,multivitamin and for workouts do heavy weight training .
