Gym routine and workout schedule

Hii, I want to know and understand the workout schedule, i am regular office going person regular workout in the evening from 7:00 to 8:00 PM, this i am doing continously from last 1 year. My current weight is 88 Kgs and Height is 6.1 Feet, although over fitness is good but i want to develop my muscles mainly Biceps. Earlier i was using Optimum Whey Protein and Cretine, but recently purchased Muscle Blaze Advance Whey Protien 2Kgs and Cretine from Health Kart. Please suggest me the workout schedule and how to develop the muscles, also please suggest weekly diet schedule. Regards, Manoj Bhuria

According to your height you  are on your ideal weight which is great thing.
