hì i am 26 years old boy but my weight is only 40 kg how i gain minimum 30 kg

For gaining weight, you should go through a channelized way so that its healthy and long lasting. Do not try to gain 30 kg in 1 or 2 months. You need to take high carbohydrate and high protein diet in a frequent meal pattern. Add foods like- Banana shakes, cheeku shakes, figs shake, peanut butter, boiled egg whites, boiled chicken or fish, brown rice, chapatti etc, every 2-3 hours. You should also do light weight training in the beginning and add a quality mass gainer to add on your calorie intake per day.
