There are many reasons for hair fall. First, you need to find out the reason, It could be androgenic, any infection on the scalp, alopecia or any deficiency.

Diet rich in biotin can help you if it's due to general deficiency. Biotin is known for its property to grow hair, include eggs, salmon, or other fish, walnuts, almonds, seeds like flaxseed, sunflower or pumpkin seeds, milk and it's product are few good sources. 

Include Niacin rich diet like beans and legumes to prevent brittle and scaly hair.

Apart from this you can consume supplement for biotin and fish oil. This will help you in hair growth and will prevent dryness and dandruff.
