Hardgainer and stuck with 55 kg weight..need eating and workout schedule..i am doing gym since 1 year

Hellow respected sir, Sir I am a hardgainer and I am doing gym since 1 year and more..in beggining I jumped from 44 kg to 54 kg..but now I am not gaining even single pound..I am relying only on creatine and no other supplement and not want to give a try even..so requesting you to give me diet and workout schedule..I wake up at 7:30 am and go for sleep at around 10:30-11-30
