Have protien while lossing weight

Hey, I waana lose weight so i goes to gym everyday and do my workout, do i need to have any protein powder(WHEY/ CASEIN) in order to lose some weight.

Hi Dhiraj,

Gym is a good choice for efficient calorie-burning. Protein drinks indirectly effect on your weight. It's the number of calories you consume that ultimately affects fat loss.

Protein also aid in muscle recovery. Go for Isolate Protein.
