Having problem in doing pullups.. got any advice

I can do 20-30 pushups with ease.. but have problem in doing pullups.. Got any advice

Hi Abhishek,

This is because your lats aren't strong enough to support your entire body for the pull up movement. Do deadlifts, bent over rows, and lots of reverse lat pulldowns.
