Hello i am bharath ,i want to know how to increase weight as i am 5.9 height my weight is 52 as i am underweight i want to gain

Hi Bharath, as per your height your ideal body weight would be around 70-75 kg. To gain weight as well as muscles, you need to take a good mass gainer, do muscle training 4-5 days a week and take frequent meals having high complex carbohydrate and high protein foods (Like- Brown Rice, Oats, Multigrain Bread, Boiled Egg White, Boiled Chicken/ Fish, Low Fat Milk and Milk Products, Dals & Soyabeans).

first of all you have to calculate your bmr and tee. Then you need to do some math and distribute your macronutrients and micronutrients according to your goal.
