Hello i m wrestler and i want to gain some weight and to increase some spead and endurance so plz tell me what should i take?? i use many protein bt it won't give me any result

You are a sports person, to gain some muscle hypertrophy you need to consume more calories than you burn, now important thing is that most of the calories should come from proteins and carbohydrates and avoid consuming saturated or unhealthy fat, in my view, you should have blend whey protein for muscle hypertrophy. Creatine can be used to build strength and stamina.
