Hello! if i consume protein supplement for a month and continue my workout without taking any supplement after that month by taking a better diet, what will be the result?

I am 20 yeras old. My height is 5.8" and weight is 54kgs.

Yor are little bit under weight, your weight should be around 70kg. So have balanced diet and 3 hourly. Instead of protein i will recomend you Mass Gainer.

If you are workingout you need supplement for the muscle recovery.
