Hello, sir i want make my body muscle gain. has been created.

My wight is 70 to 72 kg . My hight is 5feet 9inch . My body muscles in the shap but not big size. Pls help me gain my muscles size . i m vegtarian. I m taking moring 7 pes almond, some black chane,4 pcs banana then start my cadio 30 mintes then i m start my workhard. mondat chest,tuesday trispes , wed back , thus baispes , fri sholder , and sat squrt its my work out plan all week ...

According to your height you are on your ideal weight right now.

You should cut down you simple carbs, simple sugar, saturated fat from your diet, Follow this supplement stack for better results:

1. Whey ISOLATE(as post-workout)

2. BCAA ( as intra-workout)
3. Multivitamin 

4. Omega 3

5. CASEIN ( as a night time protein)

And train yourself 6 days in a week and do 20 minute cadio after workout daily.
