plz suggest me 6 day workout plan for muscle gain and also suggest me the diet and supplement

On a general note, mass gainers are the best supplement considered for bulking post workout.

In diet consume calorie dense meal like banana shake, nuts and seed like almonds, walnuts and flaxseeds, lean chicken and eggs.

For work out follow heavy weight training, single muscle per day with 3-4 sets with10-12 reps
