Hey bishnu, i want to gain muscle size bt not weight

m 6,1 with 17 inches bicep and 47 chest bt m having lots of fat on my chest and tummy....please tell me how can i shredd unwanted fat and gain muscle size

Hi Hitesh,

You can either build muscle or lose fat. To shred keep your protein high and lower your carbs and keep working out with heavy weights.

the imp thing is running. Do running and keep your abs workout tight.running will surely help you out!
