Hi guys, i have been in gym for the one year but now i stopped due to a jerk in my lower back. now i wanna go back any suggestions b'coz i dont think my back is cured fully.

I was working out in gym and was doing dead lift then i hurt my back with 60kgs (I was lucky) but now i wanna rejoin gym but my back is not fully cured. what should I do?

Hi..

Do not start with the workout now as you are already going through the injury and have not fully recovered from the same. If you start working out now it might cause injury aggravation and might lead to slip disc.So first get yourself fully recovered and then go for it.
