Hi, i am 42 years old and my weight is 82 kgs.... what can you suggest for a weight loss of around 12 kgs atleast and earliest...?

To lose weight, you need to follow a calorie deficit diet plan from your daily required calories, along with you can follow HIIT and cardio trainig program for better results. You can combine isolate whey protien, fat burner, bcaa, and fish oil  with your daily nutrition plan.
