Hi i am nirakar.i have small body and i want big muscles and chest.

Hi I am nirakara,my request is---which is best powder for chest and fast big muscles. I have continued mega mass 5100,so I wan to to know which is tha best powder for big muscles.

For gaining muscles, take high protein, low carbohydrate foods like- peanut butter, 8-10 boiled egg whites, boiled chicken or fish, brown rice, multigrain bread, chapatti etc, every 2-3 hours. You need to add any good quality whey protein (Say- Muscle Tech/ Muscle Blaze etc) and take 1 Scoop of it twice a day, after workout in water and second time in milk/ water. Also you need to do weight training for around 4-5 days in a week (gap for 2-3 days a week), in order to give relaxation to your muscles so that they can grow.
