As per your credentials, your ideal body weight is 70kg, to increase your muscle mass you can consume whey isolate post workout. In diet consume egg whites, lean chicken, grilled fish. Consume peanut butter, nuts and seeds like flaxseed and almonds and walnuts in moderation.
