hi i'm 22 yr old boy,my height 5:3 inch and body weight 55,and my goal to build lean body mass,for that i need a diet plan ,kindly suggest please

Hi

You can choose high protein diet, as protein helps in maintaining muscle mass, choose egg whites, chicken sandwiches or protein shakes along with the egg whites for breakfast and grilled fish, lean chicken or whole pulses along with brown rice.

As a mid day snack opt for some fruit or brown bread along with peanut butter or yogurt fruit smoothies along with chia or flax seed.

Take supplement according to your requirement basis.
