Hi i'm shivam professional cricketer, i am taking muscleblz xxl mass gainer, can i take ashwagandha too?

As facing weakness and general debility ashwagandha is good or not? but iam taking mass gainer too

In case if you are feeling weak, there are chances that you are not consuming sufficient calories required, which are causing fatigue in your case.

Include BCAA in between your practice time, mass gainer post workout and glutamine at bedtime for the speedy recovery. Also, include any electrolyte drink for electrolyte balance.

Include calorie dense shakes in your meal.

Ashwagandha is a natural herb for stamina, energy and provides relaxation to the brain under stress conditions.

In case you have any medical problem or consuming any medicine then avoid this herb or take medical consultation.
