Hi sir i am a athelete (discus thrower) ,i wants to increase muscles and weight gain .i'm using mass gainer protein but my weight is not inprove suggest me, and explain me about dqily best diet for me

my muscles measurement is weight 68kg. height 179cm biceps 13 chest 37 Groin 32 i wants increse this

You will not increase weight if you don't eat above your calories. Please tell me:

Your age

Your weight

Your height

hey u should increase your daily calorie intake please keep in mind the major part of your cal. should have from protein only. and also you should take a whey protein scoop after workout with water and second with banana  shake anytime in a day.
