hi sir, i am a regular at gym for last 4 months with dedication, its been after a gap of 1 1/2 year almost.i am 5.7 fts,84 kg,i have been working 20-1 raps doing my regular work out,do consume egg protiens regularly.. 1st i want to get rid of my belly fat as soon as possible, i have even cut off my diet totaly rice 0,sugar 0..going for almost 2 week past..please suggest/guide me to reg desired results.. i want to get very lean.

Sid,

The fat will come off slowly. You must accept that. It takes a lot of time. DO NOT cut your rice and sugar to zero because that will cause ketosis. Try to cut down your carbs every two weeks if you do not see change.
