Hi sir... mera weight 46 se 47 he mene gym join kar ke 2 mnts huve he .or mene muscleblaze mass gainer start kiya he muze diet plan kese lena hoga or kya khana hoga. reply .. thanks

To gain weight, include energy dense food like banana shake, chikoo shake, mango shake, add a handful of nuts like almonds, walnuts, dates, and figs. Include peanut butter in your smoothies and over toast. Include 6-7 small but calorie dense meals in a day.
