Hi.. want to gain weight with power my height is 6,2 n weight is 62kgs want to go 78kg suggest me the way

Hi Sayem, to gain weight as well as muscles you need to take a good mass gainer, do muscle training 4-5 days a week and take frequent meals having high complex carbohydrate and high protein foods (Like- Brown Rice, Oats, Multigrain Bread, Boiled Egg White, Boiled Chicken/ Fish, Low Fat Milk and Milk Products, Dals & Soyabeans).
