Hiee dis is bharga reddy nd im using whey gold standard protine nd can i use muscle blaze cratine with my protine nd plz suggest me that how to use this creatine nd protine

Please specify your goal, whether you are in leaning or bulking phase. You can consume Creatine in bulking phase it will provide you strength and stamina, it holds water inside the muscle and provides bulk to the body, you can consume this pre workout. Dose is 5gm with water half an hour before workout. In case you are in leaning phase then you can consume any pre workout. Whey protein is to be consumed post workout. It will help you in protein synthesis and muscle recovery.
