High intensity (hiit) cardio on empty stomach in morning or low intensity (liss) cardio? for extreme fat loss and minimal muscle loss?

I am 235lbs fatty guy and somewhat muscular. I am an endomorph. So which cardio do you recommend for maximum fat loss and minimal muscle loss, empty stomach in morning. Thank you

Don't do anykind of exercise empty stomach and prefer low intensity cardio fat maximum fat loss and preserve your muscle too.

have caffein shots before your cardio.
