Hi,i want to gain weight as well as build muscles.which supplement will be best suited for me?

I am 30 years old with height 5.11' and weight 56 Kg.I have recently started going to gym.I don't have any allergies or any health related issue.Please also suggest how to take the supplement and how many times a day?

Hi

As per your credentials, your ideal body weight is around 80 kgs. To build a better body you need to workout hard since your BMR is naturally high, I strongly recommend that you should limit your cardio training, in the weight training you need to workout to gain strength and consume high calorie, high protien high carbs, diet in order to put on muscle mass. For better results and to support your nutrition plan you must add a mass gainer, BCAA ( intra-workout ) and a creatine monohydrate as your pre-workout.

I think first u need to do free hand exercise at gym fr one month after then u shld take a supplement itz good fr u...

As you stated you recently joined gym, so its not good for you take any type of supplement at this initial stage and also you need to get habituate with your exercises and then later on with suggestion by your trainer you can take supplements.
