Hiii sameer sir this noor sahil from hyderabad my height is 5'11 n weight is 77 my weight is correct with my height but have tummy

Hello sir I want to lose weight n tummy plz help me out plz give me suggestions to lose tummy n control it

Do cardio after weight training...and modify your diet....take 6 to 7 small meals in a day...meals should be high in protein moderate complex carbs and low unsatutrated fat

Hi Noor As per BMR your weight is perfectly ok but you having belly fat for that do weight training with alternate day Cardio training,

Take proper diet ( high protein high fiber complex carb ) no carbs after 4pm use Incredio instead of dinner as meal replacement.

Take Whey isolate Protein, CLA, MB Vite , Apple Cider Vinegar.
