How build lean muscle? bigger legs

I am working out from last 2 months to get nice lean muscle some people says high rep low weight so says high qeigjt low rep and maintain proper food. Sir plz help how can i build lean muscle and bigger legs . ?

Santhosh,

Make sure that you meet your daily requirement of protein according to your body weight i.e 1.5-1.8 grm per kg of body weight because we all know that 70% our diet matters and for lean muscle gain you should take a appropriate weight and hit 15 reps of 4 set per excercise and also change your workout after evert 2-3 weeks.
